AI-ASSISTED SUPPORT OPERATIONSIn development

Follow-through.
Not follow-ups.

The case is escalated. The customer is waiting.
What happens next shouldn't be a mystery.

We're building ETAwise to turn support conversations into clear ownership, next actions, and update commitments. With AI that helps your team see the whole picture.

Built for the space between escalated and resolved.

01 THE BLIND SPOT

A busy thread isn't
the same as progress.

A new reply can keep a case looking active. But has someone accepted ownership? Is there a next action? Has an update actually been promised?

WHAT THE THREAD SAYS

"Following up on this case."

MON

"Any update for the customer?"

WED

"Checking in again."

FRI

More messages. The same unanswered question.

ETAwise / Case overview
PRODUCT CONCEPT
EW-1042Awaiting specialist

A busy thread. A stalled case.

Three follow-ups are recorded. The receiving team has not confirmed a next action or update deadline.

RECEIVING OWNERUnconfirmed
NEXT UPDATENot committed
AI-assisted clarity EXAMPLE OUTPUT

Follow-up activity is not the same as specialist progress. Confirm an owner and request a dated update commitment.

Your team reviews suggestions before taking action.

Designed to complement your helpdesk. Native integrations are planned, not currently available.

03 THE INTENDED WORKFLOW

From scattered context
to a clear next step.

A focused first release. No new helpdesk. No attempt to automate away human judgement.

01

Bring the context.

Start with pasted case notes or conversation exports. Keep the relevant history together, without migrating your support operation.

INPUT / CASE CONTEXT
02

Find the commitments.

Planned AI assistance summarises the case and suggests owners, next actions, and promised dates, linked to the source text.

AI / HUMAN-REVIEWED
03

Keep the next step visible.

Once your team confirms the details, track update deadlines and surface overdue commitments for follow-through.

ACTION / DEADLINE TRACKING

04 INTELLIGENCE WITH BOUNDARIES

AI for the context.
People for the call.

The goal isn't another confident answer.
It's a better-informed next action.

Our intended product principles
01 /

Evidence before inference.

Suggested commitments should point back to source messages. Missing information stays missing until someone confirms it.

02 /

An update isn't a fix.

A promised check-in is not a resolution ETA. ETAwise is not being built to invent repair dates or engineer availability.

03 /

Assistance, not autopilot.

Your team reviews AI suggestions. Confirmed dates drive rules-based tracking, not unverified predictions.

05 A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Clarity starts
right here.

Is ETAwise available to use today?

Not yet. ETAwise is in development. This website introduces the product direction; the interactive preview uses fictional data and does not run AI.

Does ETAwise predict a resolution ETA?

No. A promised update is not a promised fix. The planned product tracks confirmed actions and update commitments, not speculative resolution dates.

Will it replace our existing helpdesk?

No. ETAwise is intended to complement existing support workflows. The initial scope starts with pasted notes or conversation exports. Native integrations are a future direction, not a current feature.

Who is it being built for?

Support operations teams, service-delivery managers, and businesses coordinating cases across frontline teams, specialists, and service partners. The workflow is not limited to one industry.

What will it cost?

Pricing has not been announced. We are shaping the initial product scope before setting subscription plans. There are no payments or subscriptions on this website.
